At CALMOREST, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used latex pillows cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
